Refund Policy Post
After a cleared payment on the purchase of one of our services occur, you will receive an email with the necessary details regarding our services as well as a document for your review. Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given as all sales are final. In some extenuating cases, if the account has not been traded and the order is not older than 10 days our team will analyze if a refund is possible. If possible, a 15% admin fee will be charged and the less be refunded. In order to check the availability of a refund please contact us via email at support@elitefundedtraders.com and you should receive a response generally within 24 - 48 business hours.
